With gambling a huge draw to the town of fewer than 10,000 inhabitants, Laughlin sees approximately 3 million tourists each year. Baja Blue Restaurant & Cantina boasts a bright, cheerful and casual interior with a bar featuring plasma television sets. Housed inside the casino Harrah's Laughlin, the eatery offers innovative Mexican cuisine, such as fire-roasted quesadillas, tequila lime steak, mojito chicken, beer-battered fish and chips, carnitas fajitas, mashed potato and pork tacos, tamale dinner platters, chimichangas, a number of vegetarian selections, tortilla soup and shrimp enchiladas. Desserts such as flan and deep-fried ice cream as well as beer and wine are available. Baja Blue features a "Build Your Own Margarita" bar and signature cocktails (including the "Italian Margarita" with tequila, Amaretto, sweet and sour and orange juice). The restaurant is open for dinner Thursday through Monday.

Joe's Crab Shack
Found inside the Golden Nugget resort, Joe's Crab Shack has been awarded "best seafood" by readers of both the "Mojave Daily News" and "Casino Player Magazine." The casual, lively restaurant specializes in crab served in a bucket, with other choices including calamari, chicken tenders, mussels, salads, fish and chips, seafood enchiladas, ribeye steaks, craw fish, sandwiches and shrimp pasta alfredo. Joe's also serves desserts, beer and signature cocktails (such as the "Category 5 Hurricane," a blend of fruit juices and rum). They are open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.

A family-friendly eatery located inside the Golden Nugget casino, Harlow's Restaurant boasts a large arcade with an assortment of games, a champagne brunch on Sundays, happy hour specials, plasma televisions and billiards and shuffleboard inside the cocktail lounge. French onion soup, chicken fingers, Monte Cristo sandwiches, fish and chips, pot roast, pastas, pizzas, omelettes, pancakes, Belgian waffles and French toast are among the assortment of menu items diners can choose. Harlow's is open 24 hours a day, although they are closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Mondays.
