You're never too young to fall in love with the art of cooking. For Kids Who Cook was designed for the express purpose of instilling a love of the culinary arts in people from a young age. Children learn such skills as correctly hold a knife, knead dough, safety, sanitation and the chemistry of the oven. The good news for parents is that you don't have to travel far; For Kids Who Cook offers classes all over New Hampshire. Each summer, the school organizes a summer camp for enterprising young chefs-to-be. For Kids Who Cook also organizes cooking birthday parties.

Creative Feast


Chef Liz Barbour offers cooking classes in a variety of formats. These range from private cooking lessons, cooking demonstrations in private residences, programs for clubs and nonprofit groups, chef's tastings and bridal showers. Cooking demonstrations typically involve the preparation of four-course gourmet meals and recipe booklets. These demonstrations are typically accompanied by wine tastings, selected in tandem with the Wine Society of Nashua, New Hampshire. Classes focus on particular areas of cooking, such as poultry, appetizers and hors d'oeuvres, and vegetarian and whole foods.
