Summer Cooking Schools

Summer cooking classes help with household cooking and train professionals.

Because cooking is such a common thing to do, it can be hard for most of us to unlock the artistry hidden within the ingredients. Summer cooking schools provide intensive or course-by-course opportunities for the average cook to better understand the art of preparing food during a season free of other, more pressing obligations.

Cooking in France

Cook in France is a summer culinary program that sends students to the gastronomic capital of the world to learn culinary techniques that can be simple enough for busy foodies or building blocks of knowledge for those hoping to move into a career in the culinary industry. Set in a converted stone barn, the school teaches Mediterranean cooking using fresh, local ingredients. Participants learn to bake pastries, make soups, select and prepare seafood, cook French and Italian sauces and present professional dishes.
