Dynamic Cooking System Range Specs

Fisher and Paykel Appliances have manufactured the Dynamic Cooking System line of high-end commercial and domestic kitchen equipment since the late 1980's. As of January 2011, the company offers 17 ranges for home use that range in size from a 30-inch, four-burner model to a 48-inch, six-burner version. The ranges are available with or without a grill or a griddle and come with four to six burners. Add this to my Recipe Box.

30-Inch Models


The 30-inch, five-burner RGT-305-N's broiler operates at 19,000 British thermal units (BTU), its oven generates 30,000 BTU and it offers four cubic feet (cu-ft) of oven space. The five-burner RGTC-305-N's oven produces 28,000 BTU, its broiler operates at 15,000 BTU and it provides 4.1 cu-ft of oven space. The dual-fuel RDT-305-N bakes with 3,700 watts (W) of power and broils with 4,000 W of power. Each 30-inch range weighs 380 lbs, has an overall height of 45 inches and a depth and width of 35 inches.


36-Inch Models


The four-burner RGT-364GD-N and the six-burner RGT-366-N models' ovens operate at 30,000 BTU, their broilers produce 19,000 BTU and they have 5.3 cu-ft of oven space. The RGT-364GD-N also has an 18,000 BTU stainless steel griddle. Both models weigh 420 lbs. The dual-fuel RDT-364GD-N has an 18,000 BTU stainless steel griddle, and the RDT-364GL-N has an 18,000 BTU grill. Their ovens operate at 5,000 W, their broilers generate 4,000 W of power and they offer 4.7 cu-ft of oven space. The gas-powered four-burner RGT-364GL-N has a broiler that generates 19,000 BTU, an oven that produces 30,000 BTU and a grill that puts out 18,000 BTU. It weighs 420 lbs. The six-burner RDT-366-N's oven operates with 5,000 W of power and its broiler generates 4,000 W of power. It weighs 415 lbs. All 36-inch ranges have a width of 40 inches, a height of 45 inches and a depth of 35 inches.


48-Inch Models


The RDT-485GD-N, RDT-486GD-N and RDT-486GL-N models have a 4.7 cu-ft primary oven that produces 5,000 W of power, a 2.1 cu-ft secondary oven that produces 2,800 W of power, a primary broiler that generates 4,000 W of power and a secondary broiler that generates 3,600 W of power. The RDT-485GD-N has a griddle that generates 18,000 BTU's. The RDT-486GL-N and RDT-486GL-N models have a grill that puts out 18,000 BTU of power. The RGT-485GD-N has a 30,000 BTU, 5.3 cu-ft primary oven, an 18,000 BTU, 2.2 cu-ft secondary oven and a 19,000 BTU broiler. The RGT-486GD-N and RGT-486GL-N models have a 5.3 cu-ft, 30,000 BTU primary oven, a 2.2 cu-ft, 18,000 BTU secondary oven and a 19,000 BTU broiler. The RGT-486GD-N has an 18,000 BTU griddle, and the RGT-486GL-N has an 18,000 BTU grill. All 48-inch ranges have a height of 45 inches, a width of 51 inches and a depth of 35 inches.

The RDT-484GG-N has a 4.7 cu-ft, 5,000 W primary oven, a 2.1 cu-ft, 2,800 W secondary oven, a 4,000 W primary broiler and a 3,600 W secondary broiler. It weighs 625 lb. The RGT-484GG-N has a 5.3 cu-ft, 30,000 BTU primary oven, a 2.2 cu-ft secondary oven and a 19,000 BTU broiler. It weighs 600 lb. Both models have a grill and griddle that 18,000 BTU.
