The West Palm Beach campus offers three programs: a bachelor of science degree, an associate of science degree or a non-degree certification. In the culinary program, experienced professionals work with student in culinary laboratories, covering cuisines including Asian food, French food, and baking and pastry-making techniques. In the International Baking and Pastry program, the courses feature laboratory activities with time for hands-on experience.
