Polish Restaurants In Minneapolis

Minneapolis offers locals and tourists a variety of hotel accommodations, museums, zoos, historical societies, shopping, theater, nightlife and a multitude of dining options, which include ethnic offerings. Polish offerings in Minneapolis range from the local bar that offers Polish food with polka music to finer restaurants. Visitors have many options based on their tastes. Add this to my Recipe Box.

Kramarczuks


Kramarczuks (see Resource 1) offers a restaurant and European market storefront. Its European Market offers a wide range of sausage options and a large bakery that sells breads, cookies, chocolates, and pastries. The restaurant offers diners a buffet with a wide variety of soups, salads, ethnic foods, sandwiches and desserts. They also offer a Sunday Brunch. Near Kramarczuks restaurant is the Minneapolis City Center shopping area and many hotels such as The Westin Minneapolis, Marriott, Marquette Hotel and Comfort Inn and Suites.


Nye's Polonaise Room


Just a few blocks south of Kramarczuks is Nye's Polonaise Room (see Resource 2) is a bar and restaurant also located on Hennepin Avenue in Minneapolis. It boasts the World's Most Dangerous Polka Band, which plays on Saturday nights. The restaurant offers a banquet area for large parties and large meal portions. Nye's offers both Polish classics and American choices. Nye's is just minutes from the University of Minnesota in downtown Minneapolis. The restaurant is a short drive through the city off of I-94 and I-35W.


St. Petersburg


Northwest of Nye's, in a more residential area, is St. Petersburg. It is a fine dining and banquet facility in Minneapolis, offering a vodka bar that features more than 200 vodkas to choose from. The menu offers several varieties of caviar in the appetizer selection and large portions of Eastern European and Russian cuisine with traditional meals and new meal offerings. The Terrace Center shopping mall and the North Memorial Medical School of X-Ray are just minutes away from St. Petersburg.
