Spray Tea Tree Oil & Vinegar For Foot Fungus

Get your feet back to feeling great with vinegar and tea tree oil.

Foot fungus is an itchy, and in some cases painful ailment to deal with. While there are over-the-counter treatments for foot fungus, they can be pricey and also irritate skin further. Fortunately, there is a natural solution for treating foot fungus that can be used at home to help alleviate annoying fungus and get your feet feeling back to normal once again.

Instructions

1. Boil two cups of water for five minutes then remove and let cool for two minutes while you prepare the rest of the solution.

2. Pour ¼ cup of raw apple cider vinegar into a spray bottle and add ½ teaspoon of tea tree oil.

Pour in the warm water and shake the bottle for a minute to mix all the ingredients well.

3. Wash your feet with soap and water and dry with a towel.

Spray feet liberally with the solution, concentrating on areas where fungus seems to be most concentrated. Let solution dry on your feet for five minutes, then spray liberally one more time and allow solution to dry again. Rinse feet with water and dry.

4. Wash your feet twice a day and spray with the solution.

Also make sure you are keeping your feet as clean and dry as possible to deter fungal growth.
