Nonna's Cucina Ristorante takes pride in its large, hearty portions, which should not come as a surprise considering the word "Nonna" means "grandmother" in Italian. With these portions comes home-styled Italian cooking complete with big plates for those with large appetites. From items such as the seared scallops to their specialty pizzas, there is enough on the menu to please anyone's palate. Located in a nondescript building in the Aldershot neighborhood, the interior of Nonna's thrives on atmosphere. There are specials, as well as a full wine bar for those looking for a little Cabernet with their meal.

An all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant can be a dicey proposition, but Adami has managed to pull it off. The restaurant offers a wide variety of rolls, from your standard California Roll to the more adventurous Fire House Roll. Located in Burlington's Headon Forest neighborhood, Adami brings good sushi at a good price.
Red Canoe Bistro
Dubbed "modern Canadian bistro," the Red Canoe Bistro is a fine-dining establishment rich with Canadian culture and cuisine. From the rich d cor to the lavish meals, this is a true dining experience. The food ranges from starters such as beef tartare to full meals featuring golden roast marigold chicken. There is a full bar with numerous wines chosen to complement your meal. The menu is seasonal with specials based upon the weather. The restaurant does host a variety of special events also dependent upon the season. This is a formal restaurant, so a jacket is required. The menu can be pricey, so be sure to save this for a special occasion. Reservations are recommended.
